Address Changes

If you need to fix or change your shipping address, contact us immediately (before we ship your order) and include your order number.

If You’re Not Available at Delivery

If you’re not home, you can:

  • Ask someone to receive the package for you, or

  • Contact the courier to reschedule delivery.

Customs & Duty Fees

Most orders arrive without extra charges. If customs charges any duty fee, we will refund 100%.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders
